Our team at Bezts Business Consulting is made up of experienced professionals with a deep
understanding of labour relations, HR, and related areas. With years of experience working with
businesses in Limpopo and a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and
best practices, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and support.

Karel Bezuidenhout Snr is a highly experienced and accomplished individual with formal qualifications in the field of labour law and relations, organisational development and IT.
With over 35 years of exposure and experience in trade unions as an office bearer and full-time representative at local and provincial levels, Karel has gained a wealth of knowledge and
expertise in labour relations. He has also worked for prominent employer organizations such as NOSMESA (now deregistered), AHI Employer Organisation, and (SA)UEO as a labour law
officer representing employers in all aspects of labour relations.

Karel's extensive experience has also included positions at reputable organizations such as Polokwane Municipality, TELKOM, and CSIR, where he served as
Manager for Organisational Development and IT Services.

As the Principal and Managing Member of Bezts Business Consulting, Karel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of
service and support. He is passionate about helping businesses succeed and currently serves as the Provincial Organizer of SAUEO.

Is an accomplished Consultant with over 10 years of experience in HR and Labour Relations, as well as prior experience in Production Management and General Management.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at Bezts Business Consulting, and is dedicated to helping businesses optimize their
HR processes and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
